I just used liveanimalshipping services this week, I had been in contact with them for some time changing dates and asking a lot of questions and they're services were great, Alejandro answered all of my questions and was very understanding when it came to changing dates and making us feel comfortable about leaving our baby with them. Yogie made it to Charlotte very well!! I've used services like this before and this is the most professional agency I've worked with. Highly recommend them!!!

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Live Animal Shipping. The man who helped me, Alejandro, was attentive, friendly, and always there to answer any questions I had. E-mails were answered within minutes! He assured me through every step of the process, even sending a photo of Sirena, my dog, once she had arrived in his custody. I am so happy that I chose Live Animal Shipping to help bring my dog home. Thank you so much to all the staff who helped!! 100% recommended to anybody who needs to ship their pet.

I had no idea how to get my puppy from Costa Rica to Canada. I called Live Animal Shipping and couldn't believe how helpful and informative they were!
I had to change my dates around a couple of times for personal reasons and the service was always in touch with me to verify everything I needed for my Lola!

Envié mis dos gatos de Costa Rica a Estados Unidos, al principio estaba muy preocupada por que son demasiado nerviosos, sin embargo al realizar los tramites con Live Animal Shipping tuve tranquilidad debido al servicio tan profesional que me brindaron, mis gatos llegaron en perfectas condiciones y en el tiempo previsto. Traje mi bóxer con Liva Animal Shipping desde España, Sevilla concretamente. Me preocupé mucho antes de prepararlo todo, porque Káiser (mi bóxer) tenÃa que viajar en avión desde Sevilla a Madrid y desde Madrid a San José de Costa Rica. Cuando empecé a realizar los trámites con ellos, conforme iba conociendo todo el proceso, me quedé mucho más tranquilo. Además, mi perro no pudo aterrizar en SJ y desviaron el vuelo a Panamá, donde se le dio asistencia, atención y alimentación. Cuando lo recibà en SJ, no parecÃa que hubiese hecho una viaje tan largo, ya que estaba normal, tal y como se entregó en Sevilla y muy feliz de verme. En resumen, mi experiencia ha sido excelente. Un servicio que recomiendo al 100% para todos aquellos, que como yo, les de miedo que su mascota viaje.
