5 Stars all the way around. Everyone was very responsive to emails and phone calls, answered all my questions and made me feel very confident in their abilities. I was nervous about saying goodbye to my dogs so early, but this is an airline requirement. The dog handler was so good with my dogs, so no-nonsense and focused, that I was immediately put at ease and didn't worry a bit. Thank you, everyone at Live Animal Shipping!

I just used liveanimalshipping services this week, I had been in contact with them for some time changing dates and asking a lot of questions and they're services were great, Alejandro answered all of my questions and was very understanding when it came to changing dates and making us feel comfortable about leaving our baby with them. Yogie made it to Charlotte very well!! I've used services like this before and this is the most professional agency I've worked with. Highly recommend them!!!

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Live Animal Shipping. The man who helped me, Alejandro, was attentive, friendly, and always there to answer any questions I had. E-mails were answered within minutes! He assured me through every step of the process, even sending a photo of Sirena, my dog, once she had arrived in his custody. I am so happy that I chose Live Animal Shipping to help bring my dog home. Thank you so much to all the staff who helped!! 100% recommended to anybody who needs to ship their pet.

Excellent service!!!! I had no idea how to get my puppy from Costa Rica to Canada. I called Live Animal Shipping and couldn't believe how helpful and informative they were! I had to change my dates around a couple of times for personal reasons and the service was always in touch with me to verify everything I needed for my Lola! Best service ever! Envié mis dos gatos de Costa Rica a Estados Unidos, al principio estaba muy preocupada por que son demasiado nerviosos, sin embargo al realizar los tramites con Live Animal Shipping tuve tranquilidad debido al servicio tan profesional que me brindaron, mis gatos llegaron en perfectas condiciones y en el tiempo previsto.
